Mike Golding to Compete in 2015

Mike Golding has announced that he is to compete in the 2015 IRC Double Handed National Championships.  He will race on a Figaro 11 supplied by the Artemis Offshore Academy with one of the 2015 Academy sailors.

Mike has never raced on a Figaro 11 before and says, “It will be great to sail alongside one of the talented 2015 Academy sailors, who I’m sure can ‘show me the ropes’!  I’m really looking forward to being involved.”

The Artemis Offshore Academy plans to include the 2015 Double Handed National Championship as part of its autumn training programme.

Après-Race Programme Scheduled for 2015

The entry fee includes a supper of either curry or a BBQ on Friday evening and a three course evening meal at prizegiving on Saturday evening.

Double handed keel boat racing is always a very sociable affair and the National Championships will provide the platform for an enjoyable weekend in addition to first class racing.

Together with complimentary berthing in Cowes Yacht Haven it makes an early entry fee of £200 great value.
